Refund & Returns Policy

At EMUN, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product or size was delivered
  • The product has manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Used, washed, or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team through email or WhatsApp
  2. Share your order details and product images
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility
  4. Approved returns will be processed according to the return instructions provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Our support team will assist you with replacement or refund options

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by EMUN.
  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be non-refundable.
